Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or returned without its original tags or packaging cannot be accepted.

Please try the product on briefly over clean undergarments. Items showing signs of extended wear, odors, deodorant, makeup, body products, pet hair, or other marks will not be eligible for a return.

Custom or personalized products and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

These exclusions do not affect any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or color is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the return policy above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification, subject to applicable law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
